Hi, I’m Renée —

For a long time, I was the woman who gave 200%.
With over 20 years of professional experience in Corporate America, I knew exactly how to be the “dependable pillar.” I knew how to build dreams—usually someone else’s. I knew how to be the capable one, the one who held it all together, and the one who never let the armor crack. But on the inside, I was carrying more than anyone saw, often quietly, and without much backup.
My journey to becoming BEARFaced—a name rooted in my childhood nickname, Bear—began when I realized that my strength had become a performance. I was wearing a mask of “fine” while my energy was being poured into spaces that didn’t pour back into me.
As a primary parent and a business owner, I had to learn a different way to live.
I chose to stop settling—not just in my career, but in the standards I set for my life. I’ve spent a long season walking a path of intentional standards and abstinence, proving that you don’t have to compromise your peace or your values to raise a confident, global child or to build a lucrative future.
I traded the corporate hustle for the rhythm of the Sabbath and the “quick fixes” of modern stress for the healing power of simple herbal remedies. I began to prioritize exposure and class for my daughter—teaching her that the world is hers to explore, from the beaches of Florida to the streets of Seoul.
I didn’t create BEARFaced Society because I have everything figured out.
I created it because I know what it’s like to be the woman everyone relies on, while having no place of your own to simply be. I’m here to share the tools, the herbal wisdom, the legacy-building strategies, and the honest truths I’ve gathered along the way.
If you’re tired of the performance and ready to show up unmasked, you belong here.
Welcome to the Society.
