A: Not at all. The retreat is fully designed for adult women first. The mother-daughter options are simply a meaningful bonus for those who choose to include their girls.

A: Yes. $242.50 will be due January 30, 2026 and the FINAL payment is due on February 27, 2026.

A: The two included excursions are highly recommended because they are woven into the retreat experience. They are gentle, inspiring, and suitable for both women and girls.

A: Yes. The retreat offers a balance of powerful group connection and intentional personal downtime so you can recharge without pressure.
Q: Will we have free time?
A: Absolutely. You’ll have space to explore the ship, rest, bond with your daughter (if attending), or enjoy quiet moments between sessions and port days.
